As I've stressed about getting her nursery ready and it has subsequently become the best looking room in our house I've repeatedly heard the quote from Juno in my head, "Not like the baby's going to come storming in here demanding dessert-colored walls." Which is so true - but try convincing a pregnant woman not to nest. And as I've prepared otherwise for her to arrive - folding her little clothes, sewing her quilt, arranging books - I've consistantly and almost unknowingly hummed New Soul by Yael Naim.
ps - Obviously there's no baby yet, we're thinking it may be another 4 or 5 days. We'll keep everyone posted.

Remember back in the day when we used to drive to GKAS meetings together, and you would casually mention how you watched Prison Break. Or was it 24? Or maybe both? Anyway I thought we could not get into another TV show at night but am so glad we did not start watching it then. There is no way I could have waited each week for it to air. I am obsessed with Prison Break. And that is putting it lightly.
Congrats on the new addition soon. You will be an awesome mother. Don't forget to take so many pictures in the first 48 hours. You will get home in a week and think it was all a dream. Congrats again hun!
yes, we need to be posted!!! So glad you get to stay home. I remember when I went through that. I loved my job, but I was SOO ready to move onto the next phase. You will LOVE it! Its like Saturday every day!
